The Project Engineer will be responsible for coordinating and managing high-end residential villa projects, including project planning, engineering, and execution. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing contractors, consultants, and designers, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. The role demands detailed monitoring of projects to meet quality standards and ensure successful delivery.QualificationsAt least 2 years of proven experience managing projects valued at over 20 million AED in the UAEExtensive background within fit-outs, renowned design studios, or consulting firmsBachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture from an accredited institutionProficiency in creating submittals and managing document controlAbility to lead and coordinate with diverse teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and strong problem-solving abilitiesFluency in English is requiredOwn a carBaes in the UAE
