Project Engineer

We are looking for a strong and experienced Project Engineer – Civil / Fit-Out with solid UAE experience in high-end residential, luxury villa, fit-out, renovation, and civil projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering5–8 years of relevant UAE experienceStrong experience in interior fit-out, renovation, and civil worksProven experience handling high-end residential and luxury villa projects, preferably in Dubai Hills, Jumeirah Islands, and Al BarariStrong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, approvals, permits, inspections, and compliance requirementsExcellent knowledge of site execution, drawings, materials, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and project planningAble to independently manage projects from site mobilization through completion and handoverExcellent client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skillsAble to professionally manage client expectations, concerns, variations, and project requirementsAbility to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver projects to a high standard of qualityStrong leadership, coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsA valid UAE driving license is mandatoryImmediate joiners are highly preferredPlease apply only if you have relevant UAE fit out/renovation and luxury villa project experience.
