The role ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety requirements, and project objectives while coordinating closely with multidisciplinary teams. Has a proven track record of successfully delivering critical Electrical projects, ensuring that key objectives and planned outcomes are met. This individual should possess strong commercial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of all stages of an Electrical project life cycle, from feasibility studies to commissioning. An effective leader should employ a facilitative management style to build high-performing teams and foster collaborative relationships with external designers, engineers, customers, and all relevant stakeholders.RequirementsScope of WorkProvide technical support during construction, including, review of shop drawings, method statements, and material submittalsConduct Site inspections and progress reviewsFollow up resolution of technical queries and RFIsSupport testing, commissioning, and handover activities.Ensure electrical installations meet design intent, quality standards, and safety requirements.Direct and oversee the planning, coordination, execution, control, and successful completion of projects, ensuring alignment with PDE&C strategies, commitments, and objectives.Lead the required teams and stakeholders during the planning stages, conducting thorough constructability reviews to enhance project viability, budget optimization, and achieving the best solution for the customer. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical EngineeringExperienceMinimum of 5+years of relevant experience in building and infrastructure projects management.Proven experience in residential building Electrical systemsStrong knowledge of power distribution, lighting design, and electrical safety systems.Proven knowledge in SBC and NEC codes
