Project Engineer Electrical - OHTL/Substation

We have an opening for the Dammam/Khobar locationWe are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Electrical to support the execution of major EHV Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) and Substation projects in Saudi Arabia. The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring all engineering and construction activities related to 380 kV Overhead Transmission Line projects and substation executed under EPC contracts for Saudi Electricity Company (SEC).Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate electrical engineering and site execution activities for OHTL and substation projects.Coordinate project activities from engineering and procurement through construction, testing, and commissioning.Review and coordinate engineering designs, technical specifications, SLDs, construction drawings, and material submittals.Ensure project execution complies with SEC/GCC standards, specifications, and approved drawings.Coordinate with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.Coordinate between engineering, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning teams.Key RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.8–15+ years of experience in electrical power transmission projects.Strong experience in EHV OHTL and/or substation projects, preferably 380 kV and above.Experience working on Saudi Arabia/GCC power projects.Experience with SEC projects, standards, and approval processes will be highly preferred.Strong understanding of transmission lines, substations, electrical systems, and project execution.
