As we continue to grow, we're seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team and contribute to our journey of success.Position: Project Engineer - Fit Out WorksLocation: KSA - RiyadhType: Full-timeThe Project Manager – Fit Out Works [After Sales, Installation & Logistics] will lead the successful execution of ABYAT's strategic Project, overseeing all post-sales project delivery activities from order confirmation through installation, logistics coordination, project completion, and customer handover.This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to ABYAT's quality standards while managing cross-functional teams across installation, logistics, after-sales operations, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders.The ideal candidate combines strong engineering expertise with project management capabilities, operational leadership, and a customer-centric mindset to drive execution excellence across multiple project sites.Key Responsibilities:Project ManagementLead the end-to-end execution of assigned fit-out and installation projects.Develop project execution plans, timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive reports (RAG/Go-No-Go).Installation & Site ManagementManage installation teams, site supervisors, subcontractors, and field engineers across multiple project sites.Ensure installation activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Supervise site progress, productivity, and workforce performance.Resolve technical and operational issues impacting project execution.Logistics & After Sales CoordinationLead the logistics planning and coordination required to support installation activities.Ensure timely availability of materials, products, equipment, and manpower.Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Warehousing, Transportation, and Procurement teams.Oversee after-sales project execution, ensuring customer commitments are delivered efficiently.Technical ManagementReview and interpret architectural, civil, mechanical, and shop drawings.Coordinate with consultants, designers, clients, and internal technical teams to resolve engineering issues.Ensure all works comply with project specifications, engineering standards, and contractual requirements.Customer & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution.Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Manage customer expectations, resolve escalations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Quality Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with ABYAT quality standards, project SOPs, and HSE requirements.Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.Manage snagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.LeadershipLead, coach, and develop installation, logistics, and project teams.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.Drive operational excellence through effective planning, communication, and performance management.Competencies and SkillProject LeadershipOperational ExcellenceCustomer FocusCommercial AwarenessPlanning & OrganizingProblem SolvingDecision MakingStakeholder ManagementNegotiation & InfluencingTeam LeadershipCross-functional CollaborationContinuous ImprovementKnowledge and Experience10–15 years of experience managing large-scale fit-out, construction, or installation projects.Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across installation, logistics, and project execution.Strong experience managing residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.Demonstrated success delivering multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality, cost, and schedule objectives.Experience managing subcontractors and external stakeholders.Education and CertificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.PMP certification or equivalent Project Management qualification is preferred.Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.Apply now and take the first step towards an exciting career with ABYAT!
