This role ensures that all HVAC works are executed according to specifications, industry standards and project timelines, while maintaining safety, quality and environmental compliance.Key duties and ResponsibilitiesHVAC Design & PlanningReview HVAC design drawings, specifications and systems to ensure that they meet project requirements, energy efficiency standards and regulatory compliance.Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to integrate HVAC systems with other building systems such as electrical.Prepare HVAC project plans including schedules, budgets and resource allocation.Collaborate with the design team to ensure that HVAC systems are designed for optimal performance, energy savings and compliance with local regulations.Project Execution & SupervisionOversee the installation, commissioning and testing of HVAC systems on site ensuring that all work complies with design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.Supervise and manage HVAC teams to ensure efficient project execution.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues and ensure that the installation is carried out according to schedule.Coordinate with the project manager and other engineers to resolve technical problems and ensure smooth project execution.Quality Control & ComplianceImplement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that HVAC systems are installed according to industry standards and project specifications.Conduct inspections to verify that all HVAC components meet performance standards and safety codes.Ensure that all necessary testing, commissioning and validation activities are completed prior to system handover.Risk Management & Problem SolvingIdentify and manage potential risks associated with HVAC works ensuring that problems are addressed proactively to avoid project delays.Provide technical solutions to address any issues or challenges that arise during the installation or commissioning phases.Collaborate with the project team to adjust schedules and resources to mitigate risks and maintain project timelines.Budget & Financial ManagementAssist the project manager in tracking HVAC related costs and ensuring the project stays within budget.Review and approve invoices from suppliers.Monitor project expenses related to HVAC works and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.Collaboration & CommunicationCoordinate with other engineering disciplines, contractors and suppliers to ensure effective integration of HVAC systems with other building systems.Communicate with aproject stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns regarding HVAC installations.Foster a collaborative and positive working environment with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate records of all HVAC work including drawings, specifications, permits and approvals.Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project manager and senior management.Ensure that all project documentation is organized, stored and readily available for review or audits.Other Tasks and AccountabilitiesPerform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments.ExperienceMinimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role.Educational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Skills/Behaviour AttributesStrong technical expertise in engineering principles and project executionExcellent knowledge of construction methodologies and design standardsProven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractorsStrong problem solving skillsAbility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environmentWhy Join Binghatti?At Binghatti, we do not just build properties—we build legacies.
