Right Price.📍 Operating in 32 countries | 5,500+ Employees🌐 www.net2source.com | 📧 remya@net2source.aeWe are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to manage and coordinate infrastructure and building works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and as per approved designs and specifications.Key Responsibilities:Execute and deliver infrastructure and building activities in line with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.Manage and supervise piling, excavation, foundation, and site development works.Coordinate site layout, setting out, excavation, and foundation activities for infrastructure and building projects.Optimize the use of manpower, machinery, and resources to improve productivity and control project costs.Coordinate and obtain NOCs, permits, and regulatory approvals from ADM and other relevant authorities/stakeholders.Identify and resolve site execution challenges, technical issues, and NOC-related matters.Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely technical follow-up of material/equipment orders.Monitor project man-hours, budgets, progress, and resource utilization.Prepare timely engineering, requisitioning, and progress reports for the Lead/Discipline Engineer.Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, procurement, planning, and project support teams.Select, coordinate, and manage suitable subcontractors for project execution.Ensure compliance with project quality, HSE, and safety requirements.Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and timely completion of assigned activities.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.Proven 5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in infrastructure, building, or civil construction projects.Strong experience in piling, excavation, foundations, and infrastructure works.Experience dealing with ADM, NOCs, permits, and regulatory approvals in the UAE.Good knowledge of project execution, subcontractor management, resource planning, and cost control.Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and site management skills.Good understanding of QA/QC and HSE requirements.
