The role involves managing site execution, ensuring compliance with project specifications, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting timely project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submittals.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.Resolve technical issues and support project reporting and documentation.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience with a main contractor.Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and authority requirements.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Must be a registered Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer (Mandatory).
