With a fleet of over 250 vessels and decades of expertise, Noatum Maritime offers a diverse portfolio of services delivering “everything you need on the seas.ResponsibilitiesCore ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and execution of project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverablesCoordinate day-to-day project activities across site operations, engineering, and support functionsMonitor project progress and update schedules in coordination with Planning EngineerSupport resource planning including manpower, equipment, and materialsConduct technical reviews of project requirements, drawings, and specificationsEnsure compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and QHSE proceduresTrack project performance against KPIs (cost, schedule, quality, safety)Identify project risks and support mitigation strategiesSupport tendering and bidding activities when requiredCoordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely delivery of materialsMaintain project documentation, drawings, reports, and updatesParticipate in site inspections, project meetings, and client coordinationPrepare periodic progress reports and updates for management. People Management ResponsibilitiesProvide coordination support to site supervisors and technical teamsAssist in monitoring workforce productivity and performanceEnsure teams adhere to safety procedures and project requirementsStrategic ResponsibilitiesSupport efficient project execution and resource utilizationContribute to continuous improvement of project delivery and operational processesQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Marine, or related Engineering disciplineProject management certification (PMP or equivalent) is an advantageStrong English communication skills (written and verbal)Arabic is an added advantageMinimum 4–6 years of experience in project engineering or related rolesRequired SkillsExperience in project execution within marine, offshore, or industrial sectorsStrong understanding of project lifecycle, scope, scheduling, and cost trackingExperience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, operations)Knowledge of QHSE standards and compliance requirementsAbility to manage multiple project tasks and prioritiesStrong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills
