With a proven track record in designing, installing, and maintaining cutting-edge systems, the company supports government entities, real estate developers, and private enterprises in addressing critical infrastructure challenges.Role Description The Project Engineer (Pipeline) will oversee pipeline engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with technical, safety, and regulatory standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai involves preparing designs and technical documents, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and managing project schedules and resources. The role includes monitoring construction and installation activities, resolving engineering issues, and supporting testing, commissioning, and handover of pipeline systems. The Project Engineer will also contribute to cost estimation, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of project execution processes to support PEMMI’s sustainability and efficiency goals.Qualifications Strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills relevant to pipeline and electromechanical systems.Proficiency in Project Management and Project Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination.Effective Communication skills for engaging with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Experience in pipeline projects, infrastructure, or electromechanical works, ideally within the UAE or GCC region.Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, including safety and environmental requirements.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.Proficiency in engineering and project tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar, MS Office, project scheduling software).Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site.
