Ltd.About AEREKAAEREKA is building a next-generation environmental technology platform focused on outdoor and semi-outdoor air purification, a multidisciplinary deep-tech product spanning mechanical engineering, airflow and filtration, electronics, sensing, firmware, industrial design, data, AI, manufacturing, and real-world deployment.The RoleWe're looking for an engineering graduate who wants to sit at the center of a hardware product, build not behind a desk tracking status updates, but in the room where mechanical, electronics, firmware, and manufacturing decisions actually get made. You'll convert ambitious product goals into structured plans, measurable milestones, and executed outcomes working directly with engineers, vendors, and leadership to take AEREKA's product from prototype to real-world deployment.This is an engineering-first role. You don't need to be the expert in every discipline, but you need enough technical grounding from your engineering degree to understand dependencies, ask intelligent questions, and know when an engineering update is real progress versus activity.What You'll DoProject Planning & ExecutionConvert product and engineering goals into clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, owners, and review checkpointsTrack multiple engineering workstreams and keep them aligned to overall product milestonesIdentify schedule risks, dependencies, and execution gaps before they become delaysCross-Functional Engineering CoordinationWork closely with mechanical, electronics, firmware, testing, industrial design, AI/software, procurement, and manufacturing teamsUnderstand the technical dependencies between workstreams and make sure teams get what they need, when they need itAct as the execution bridge between engineering, leadership, vendors, and managementProject Monitoring & ReportingMaintain project plans, milestone trackers, risk registers, and execution dashboardsDistinguish between activity and actual deliverable completionPrepare concise management updates and escalate blockers with clarityMeetings, Decisions & Action ClosureCapture decisions, dependencies, risks, and owner-wise action items in engineering and product reviewsTrack actions through to closure, not just to "I followed up"Vendor & Manufacturing CoordinationCoordinate with fabricators, manufacturers, testing partners, and suppliersTrack quotations, procurement timelines, and deliveries; flag vendor risks earlyAI-First Execution You'll use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and automation tools as everyday working tools to plan faster, turn meetings into structured actions, build dashboards, and improve your own and your team's execution speed. We're looking for someone who uses AI to think and execute better, not just to generate documents.Who Should ApplyMandatory - Engineering Degree: B.Tech / B.E. in one of:Mechanical EngineeringMechatronicsElectronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)Electrical EngineeringInstrumentationRobotics & AutomationIndustrial / Manufacturing Engineering(or another closely related core engineering discipline)A strong plus, not required: An MBA / PGDM in Operations, Project Management, Technology Management, or a related field.
