Project Engineer – Renovation & Fit-Out

Revive Renovation is a growing Dubai-based contracting and renovation company specializing in high-end villa renovations, residential fit-outs, extensions, landscaping, swimming pools, and joinery works. We are expanding our project team and are looking for a hands-on Project Engineer to manage projects from execution through completion.The RoleThe Project Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day technical and site management of assigned projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, to the required quality, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day site activities and coordinate subcontractors and site teamsReview drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirementsPlan and monitor project schedules and manpowerCoordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractorsMonitor quality, progress, and workmanship on sitePrepare and follow up on RFIs, inspections, approvals, and technical submissionsCoordinate procurement and material requirements with the Procurement teamTrack project variations and assist with cost controlPrepare daily/weekly progress reportsEnsure compliance with HSE and site regulationsIdentify and resolve technical and site issues efficientlyEnsure proper handover and project close-outRequirements:3–5 years of UAE construction/fit-out experienceEngineering degree or relevant technical qualificationStrong knowledge of villa renovation and fit-out worksAbility to read and understand drawings and BOQsGood knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site coordinationStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple activities and work under pressureUAE driving licence is requiredTo Apply: Please send your CV, expected salary, current location, and availability to join to georges.chahwan@reviverenovation.ae
