Project Engineer (Renovation & Fit-out)

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based design and build contractor specializing in high-end residential renovations, fit-outs, extensions, landscaping, and joinery. With an in-house technical team and joinery facility, we manage projects from design and approvals through execution and final handover.As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from mobilization through handover
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Monitor project schedules, progress, quality, and costs
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and site issues
• Coordinate civil, architectural, and MEP works
• Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to Revive’s quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in construction, renovation, or fit-out
• Residential renovation and villa experience is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of civil, architectural, and MEP coordination
• Strong site management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
