Location: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per monthAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Project Sales Estimator / Business Development Executive with experience selling washroom solutions, toilet cubicles, partitions, sanitaryware or similar specialist interior products.The candidate must have experience working on the supplier / manufacturer / subcontractor side, selling directly to fit-out contractors and construction companies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business with fit-out contractors, contractors, developers and project stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Promote and sell toilet cubicles, washroom systems, partitions, sanitaryware and related products.Identify projects and generate sales opportunities within the UAE market.Conduct client visits, presentations and product discussions.Prepare quotations, negotiate and close sales.Follow projects from enquiry through quotation, order and delivery.Coordinate with estimation and technical teams.Achieve agreed sales targets and develop repeat business.Requirements2–5+ years of UAE sales experience in toilet cubicles, sanitaryware, washroom solutions, partitions or closely related products.Experience working for a supplier, manufacturer, distributor or specialist subcontractor is essential.Proven experience selling to fit-out contractors / construction companies.Existing relationships with fit-out contractors and project-related clients will be an advantage.Strong B2B sales, negotiation and business development skills.Good knowledge of the UAE fit-out and construction market.UAE driving licence preferred.Ideal BackgroundCandidates currently or previously working with companies specialising in toilet cubicles, washroom products, sanitaryware, partitions, operable walls, HPL products or similar specialist interior solutions are encouraged to apply.Salary: AED 5,000 – 8,000 depending on experience.Work Location: In person
