Project Event Executive

You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of corporate events, acting as the primary point of contact from initial concept through to post-event review. This role suits a proactive, well-organised individual who is comfortable leading events independently and communicating confidently across a multilingual, multicultural environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, including workshops, conferences, conventions, etc.Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, and guests throughout the event lifecycleSource, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venuesDevelop detailed event plans, timelines, run sheets, and budgetsLead on-site coordination on the day of the event, including setup, execution, and teardownHost or emcee events as required, representing the company professionallyCoordinate cross-functionally with internal departments to align on event objectives and requirementsMonitor and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective deliveryTroubleshoot and resolve issues in real time during live eventsCompile post-event reports, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for future eventsRequirementsProficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and writtenStrong team player, able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendorsProactive and self-directed, with the ability to take ownership and work with minimal supervisionConfident public speaking and presentation skills, comfortable hosting in front of an audienceDiploma or Degree in Event Management, Business, Communications, or a related fieldFresh graduates are encouraged to applyWorking proficiency in MS Office / Google WorkspaceStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneouslyBenefitFree Gym FacilityFree Shuttle Bus/Van Services at LRT Abdullah HukumSeason Parking SubsidyGym SubsidyMedical InsurancePerformance IncentiveAnnual Bonus
