Project Execution EngineerAs a Project Execution Engineer, you are an ideal fit for EMLI GmbH as an Industrial Engineer with expertise in building management engineering and logistics. You will take technical responsibility for building and expansion projects and ensure the smooth implementation of customer requirements.You will analyze technical specifications, develop conceptual and detailed designs, and coordinate project execution with internal teams and external service providers.Your daily responsibilities will include providing technical oversight for projects, preparing documentation, supporting technical service activities, and participating in testing, commissioning, and root-cause analysis. You will work closely with project management, monitor schedules and quality standards, and actively contribute ideas for continuous improvement.This is a full-time position.The primary workplace is located in the Berlin Metropolitan Area. A high willingness to travel throughout Germany is required to implement projects at customer sites.Experience working in the environment of a young and growing company is important.QualificationsCommunication & CollaborationYou possess excellent communication skills, are able to convey technical topics clearly and effectively, and work in a structured manner with interdisciplinary teams and customers.Analytical and Conceptual SkillsYou bring strong analytical capabilities, can understand complex technical relationships, solve problems systematically, and plan projects in a goal-oriented manner.Technical Support & Hands-On ExperienceExperience in technical support, troubleshooting and problem resolution, as well as supporting customers and service partners, is desirable.Project Management CompetenceYou have knowledge of project management principles, can structure tasks, set priorities, and effectively manage timelines and resources.Technical QualificationsA completed degree or equivalent qualification in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline with huge technical knowledge is required. Proficiency in technical standards and guidelines applicable to theLife Sciences industry (e.g., GxP) as well as common CADand Microsoft Office tools is expected.Additional RequirementsA self-driven and reliable working style, excellent time and cost management skills, strong quality awareness, and very good written and spoken German are required. Technical English skills and experience working in hybrid work environments are considered an advantage.
