Project Execution Lead

1. JOB PURPOSE: To lead and manage operational and business projects from planning through successful implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and resources. The role drives cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, system implementation, and change management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, standardize processes, and deliver sustainable business outcomes.2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the execution and delivery of operational and business projects from initiation through completion.Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource requirements.Develop and maintain project plans, project charters, RAID logs, and regular status reports.Coordinate cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Warehouse, Sales, Finance, Quality/Regulatory, and IT to ensure timely project execution.Monitor project progress, KPIs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and variances.Drive process improvement and SOP standardization initiatives across warehousing, inventory, and order-to-cash operations.Lead the execution and implementation of operational systems, including ERP/WMS modules, inventory and expiry management tools, and reporting dashboards.Support change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption of new processes and systems.Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project-related procurement, installation, and services.Prepare and present project updates, business cases, key findings, and post-implementation reviews to senior management.Ensure projects are executed in line with approved objectives, quality standards, timelines, and business requirements.3. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in project execution, operations, project management, or business transformation.Proven experience in coordinating and executing cross-functional projects. Experience in operational process improvement and system implementation is preferred.Experience with ERP/WMS systems is preferred.PMP certification is preferred.Good understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.4.
