No previous project management experience required.Are you a German-speaking graduate looking to start a career in Project Management, Account Management or Client Services?This is an excellent opportunity to join an established international packaging and design business working with major FMCG and retail brands.You'll work alongside an experienced Account Director, supporting German-speaking clients and coordinating international packaging and retail design projects. You'll receive full training and, as you develop your skills and confidence, take on increasing responsibility for your own projects and client accounts.No previous project management, packaging or agency experience is required.The RoleAs an Assistant Project Manager, you'll help coordinate projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring deadlines, information and communication are kept on track.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the coordination of client projects from brief through to deliveryLiaising with German-speaking clients and internal teamsCoordinating project tasks, deadlines and actionsTracking project progress and providing regular client updatesMaintaining accurate project information and documentationSupporting the delivery of packaging and retail design projectsResponding to client queries and helping resolve issuesBuilding strong relationships with clients and colleaguesSupporting the Account Director with day-to-day project and account managementTaking on increasing responsibility for your own projects as your experience developsAbout YouWe're looking for a German-speaking graduate who is:Fluent in German with strong English language skillsEducated to degree levelHighly organised with excellent attention to detailA confident communicator who enjoys working with peopleAble to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlinesProactive, curious and keen to learnInterested in developing a career in Project Management, Account Management or Client ServicesAble to commute to Purley, South LondonYour degree can be in any subject. You do not need to have studied German, provided you have strong German language skills.We're interested in your communication skills, organisation, attitude and willingness to learn.
