Project Executive (Japanese Speaking)

[Job ID:1694396]Job DescriptionProvide corporate planning support through translation, interpretation, research, and business analysis.

Responsibilities

Provide English-Japanese and Japanese-English interpretation and translation support for business communications and documentation.Prepare and format business documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office applications.Take accurate meeting minutes and maintain proper meeting documentation.Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support business planning activities.Assist with corporate planning and administrative support functions as required.Support projects and initiatives across areas such as corporate analysis, governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), post-merger integration (PMI), investor relations (IR), and accounting, based on business needs and individual capabilities.

Requirements
