Project Executive – Ops, Process Excellence & Digital Transformation

About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Project Executive to drive business operations, process optimization, SOP implementation and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with the ability to analyse processes, identify gaps, implement improvements and drive operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end projects from planning and execution through implementation and stabilization.Review existing processes, identify gaps and drive process optimization, standardization and continuous improvement.Develop, implement and maintain SOPs, workflows, process guidelines, service standards and internal controls.Identify opportunities for automation, cost optimization, productivity improvement and operational efficiency.Map current and future-state processes and establish clear roles, responsibilities, KPIs and performance measures.Manage implementation of ERP, SaaS and digital solutions supporting business operations.Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and effective project delivery.Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.Gather business requirements, prepare process documentation and coordinate UAT and implementation.Monitor operational performance through reports and dashboards and recommend corrective actions Prepare management reports and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.Drive change management and ensure successful adoption of new processes, SOPs and systems.Required Skills & Experience2 to 6+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis, Process Excellence or Digital Transformation.Proven experience in SOP development, process improvement and operational standardization.Experience managing cross-functional projects and technology/system implementations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, BPMN, Lean or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.Experience with JIRA, Confluence, ClickUp, Excel, Power BI, Visio or similar tools will be an advantage.MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
