Project Fellow Position Available | Central University of KeralaA Project Fellow position is available in the Department of Chemistry, Central University of Kerala (CUK), Kasaragod, Kerala, under a DBT-funded National Network Project.Research Project Area:Development and optimization of protocols for the extraction, fractionation, purification, structural characterization, and bioactivity evaluation of bioactive compounds/natural pigments.Key Research Project Activities• Extraction and fractionation of bioactive compounds • Purification using RP-HPLC and chromatographic techniques • Structural characterization using NMR, FTIR, UV–Vis and Mass/LC-MS • Experimental protocol development and optimization • Bioactivity evaluation and data interpretation • Scientific literature review and research documentation • Molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations Eligibility / Preferred Qualifications• M.Sc./M.S. in Chemistry or a related discipline from a recognized university • Candidates with CSIR-NET / UGC-NET / GATE qualification will be preferred • Candidates with research experience in organic chemistry/synthesis, peptide chemistry/synthesis, natural product chemistry, chromatography, spectroscopy, and computational chemistry are encouraged to apply • Good academic record and demonstrated laboratory skills will be an advantageProject Duration: One yearLocation: Central University of Kerala, Kasaragod, Kerala, India Principal Investigator: Prof. (Dr.) K.
