Project Finance & Business Planning Analyst - Transportation Industry

We are looking for a Project Finance & Business Planning Analyst to support the financial management and strategic growth of our operations across the Middle East. This role combines financial control, FP&A, project finance, financial modelling, and business development support.You will monitor commitments and settlements with consortium partners, maintain project financial models, prepare budgets and forecasts, support audits and reporting, and contribute to the financial evaluation and structuring of new bids, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. The position offers strong exposure to senior management and to major infrastructure, transportation, and mobility projects across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & ControlMonitor and manage financial obligations, receivables, payables, and settlements with consortium partners, shareholders, and other stakeholdersSupport budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial performance monitoringPrepare periodic financial reports and variance analyses for managementFinancial ModellingDevelop, maintain, and update financial models for existing projectsPrepare financial projections, scenario analyses, and business performance forecastsProvide financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-makingAudit, Compliance & ReportingSupport internal and external audits by preparing financial information and supporting documentationEnsure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of financial records and reportingAssist in implementing recommendations arising from audits and financial reviewsBusiness Development & Project Finance SupportPrepare financial models and business cases for bids, tenders, and new business opportunitiesAssist in evaluating financing alternatives, investment opportunities, and project structuresParticipate in the financial assessment and structuring of consortiums, PPPs, and infrastructure projectsQualifications & ExperienceRequired4 to 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, project finance, corporate finance, infrastructure advisory, or business modellingBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldFull professional proficiency in English, written and spokenExperience in infrastructure, transportation, mobility, railway, aviation, energy, or other large-scale project environmentsBackground in multinational companies, consultancies, or advisory firmsMaster's degree in Finance, Corporate Finance, an MBA, or similar
