Title: Project Finance Officer

Department: Corporate & Institutional Banking - Credit and Lending

Location: RiyadhCore Responsibilities:Maintain and update covenants and conditions tracker for the PF portfolio and support management in monitoring their periodic compliance.Track waivers and amendments requests in the PF portfolio and monitor their quick redressal by the Corporate & Institutional Banking Coverage team.Monitor project constructions and operations updates via periodically reviewing LTA reports.Review monthly PF portfolio system markers for correct RWA and capital computations.Ensure PCOD progress is proactively updated for RWA saves.Support management PFCL and Coverage relationship manager in evaluating the project status for classification.Monitor warning signs in PF portfolio.Maintain and continually improve MI and dashboards for the PF portfolio.Support management in completing PFCL Certifications for annual reviews of PF borrowers.Support management in liaising with HSBC SA for managing PF portfolio technical matters.Providing occasional backup support to management in managing contract finance portfolio.Provide reports and dashboards.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.Experience in Project Finance, Corporate/Institutional Banking, Credit, or related banking functions.Strong knowledge of Project Finance, financial covenants, credit monitoring, RWA/capital, and MIS/reporting, with strong analytical and Excel skills.
