The specialist will develop and maintain financial models, perform detailed financial analysis, and assess project viability, risks, and returns. Day-to-day tasks include preparing budgets and forecasts, monitoring project costs and cash flows, and generating financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients. The selected professional will be expected to identify funding sources, structure financing proposals, negotiate commercial terms, coordinate due diligence, and drive transactions toward financial closure within agreed timelines.The professional will operate from Dubai on a hybrid basis, while managing financing mandates for Indian companies and projects.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with international banks, private credit funds, family offices, private equity investors, venture capital funds, institutional investors, NBFCs, strategic investors, and alternative lenders.- Build a strong international fundraising and capital-arrangement network from Dubai.- Source suitable funding for qualified Indian businesses and projects.- Structure equity, debt, project finance, structured finance, asset-backed finance, private credit, and hybrid investment solutions.- Evaluate Indian businesses, projects, properties, assets, receivables, and cash flows for potential financing structures.- Develop financing structures where eligible Indian assets may support funding, potentially up to an agreed percentage of independently assessed value, subject to lender/investor policies, legal enforceability, valuation, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.- Prepare and coordinate investment proposals, information memorandums, financial models, lender presentations, project reports, and funding documentation.- Negotiate commercially viable structures involving interest, profit-sharing, revenue-sharing, equity participation, preferred returns, or other legally permissible investment mechanisms.- Coordinate with Indian promoters, CFOs, legal advisors, valuers, auditors, financial institutions, and other transaction professionals.- Establish Dubai-based international collaboration and co-investment relationships for continued capital deployment into qualified Indian projects.- Develop repeatable financing channels rather than pursuing isolated transactions.- Monitor project cash flows, repayment structures, investor obligations, and agreed financial controls in accordance with the transaction documentation and applicable law.- Ensure every assigned fundraising mandate is actively managed toward completion within the agreed project timeline.Strategic ObjectiveThe successful candidate will help establish a Dubai–India project finance corridor, connecting international capital providers with eligible Indian businesses and projects.The long-term objective is to develop a structured platform through which international investors and financial partners can participate in qualified Indian opportunities while maintaining appropriate governance, security, reporting, cash-flow monitoring, and regulatory controls.The candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of a scalable Dubai–India PPP / strategic collaboration framework, where appropriate, for investment and project financing.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a professional with a proven fundraising and finance-arrangement track record, not merely theoretical knowledge.Essential Experience- 7–10+ years of relevant experience in project finance, investment banking, fundraising, structured finance, corporate finance, private credit, debt arranging, M&A finance, or alternative investments.- Demonstrable experience in successfully arranging or closing significant funding transactions.- Strong existing relationships with international investors, lenders, family offices, private equity/credit funds, institutional investors, banks, NBFCs, or strategic capital providers.- Strong understanding of Indian corporate finance and asset-backed/project financing structures.- Ability to independently originate opportunities and convert them into executable financing transactions.- Strong financial analysis, transaction structuring, negotiation, and investor presentation capabilities.- Excellent English communication and relationship-management skills.- Ability to work with confidential financial, corporate, property, and investment information.UAE / International AdvantageExperience working with financial institutions, investors, funds, family offices, or financing partners in Dubai/UAE and international markets will be strongly preferred.Knowledge of cross-border investment structures,
