The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capability, solid steel structure project experience, and deep knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and compliance systems.This role requires proactive risk control, strong coordination with authorities, and the ability to manage safety teams and subcontractors effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesSafety Management & LeadershipLead the project’s overall HSE management, ensuring full compliance with Saudi laws, client requirements, and company HSE standards.Supervise and mentor HSE Officers, safety supervisors, and subcontractor safety teams.Establish and implement project-specific HSE plans, emergency response plans, and risk control strategies.Site Safety OversightConduct daily and weekly safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.Oversee high-risk activities such as steel structure lifting, welding, working at height, confined space operations, and heavy equipment operations.Ensure proper implementation of PPE, safety barricades, lifting plans, and permit-to-work systems.Regulatory & Client CoordinationCoordinate with clients, consultants, PMC, and Saudi local authorities (MOMRAH, Civil Defense, etc.) for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.Prepare and present HSE performance reports to project leadership and stakeholders.Incident & Emergency ManagementLead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation.Maintain complete documentation of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.Training & Culture BuildingOrganize safety inductions, toolbox talks, and specialized training for high-risk activities.Promote a strong safety culture across all teams and subcontractors.
