Location: Saudi Riyadh – King Saud University ProjectSalary: SAR 9,000–12,000 per month (根据经验可适当调整)CSCEC Steel Industries L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Project HSE Supervisor to support and oversee safety management on steel structure construction projects in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in construction site safety, strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations, and the capability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and local authorities.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Site Safety Supervision: Conduct routine safety patrols, identify hazards, verify compliance with project HSE standards, and supervise high‑risk steel structure activities.HSE Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain safety files, inspection records, incident/accident reports, risk assessments, method statements, and emergency response plans.Regulatory & Client Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, PMC, and Saudi local authorities during safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.Safety Implementation & Control: Monitor daily work activities, enforce safety procedures, ensure proper use of PPE, verify lifting plans, and supervise welding, erection, working‑at‑height, and heavy equipment operations.Training & Awareness: Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and specialized HSE awareness programs for workers and subcontractors.Incident Investigation: Lead incident/near‑miss investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Procurement Support: Assist in sourcing and arranging ad‑hoc materials required for workshop or site safety operations.RequirementsLanguage: Native-level English; Arabic proficiency preferred.Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in steel structure, fabrication workshops, or civil construction sites within the Middle East.Certifications: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent safety qualifications (preferred).Competency: Strong understanding of Saudi HSE laws, regulations, and compliance procedures.Solid execution capability and proactive safety mindset.Strong leadership and coordination skills with subcontractors and site teams.Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.Email:📧 gongxun@cscecsteel.com
