Project Launch Coordinator

The role is responsible for overseeing the successful initiation and transition of new campaigns, ensuringoperational readiness before full deployment. This role requires strong leadership, presentation andtraining facilitation skills to support teams during pre launching activities. The Project LaunchCoordinator serves as the primary point of contact for the client, managing expectations, aligninginternal teams and driving project success.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITYClient and Project Management1. Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communicationand alignment on project goals.2. Monitor project milestones, addressing challenges and ensuring timely execution ofdeliverables.3. Gather, analyze and report project updates, risks and opportunities to key stakeholders.Training and Facilitation1. Conduct and facilitate training sessions as needed to ensure teams are equipped withcampaign-specific knowledge.2. Develop training materials, SOPs and best practices to ensure a smooth transition from launchto full operations3. Present project updates, expectations and strategic recommendations to internal andexternal stakeholders.Leadership and Operations Support1. Provide leadership and direction while awaiting the official endorsement of the campaign tooperations2. Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including recruitment, training, IT and operations toprepare for a seamless campaign launch.3. Identify process improvements and implement best practices for campaign readiness.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in business, operations, communications or a related field preferred.Proven experience in project coordination, training facilitation or client management roles.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive project execution.Excellent presentation, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitasks, work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.Experience in the BPO industry or a similar fast-moving business setting is a plus.
