Project / Lead Architect & Junior Architect - Manchester!!!

Manchester architects, I have two new opportunities you might want to hear about! I’m working with a design practice in Manchester that has a GREAT reputation in the local area, and we’re looking to speak with people at two different stages of their architectural careers. Hybrid roles - 3 days studio, 2 days WFH. Both roles require Revit experience, but there’s flexibility when it comes to background, qualifications and level of experience.1. Project Architect - An opportunity to take the lead on a new-build teaching facility, working from RIBA Stage 3 onwards.

• Experience leading projects through the later RIBA stages
• Strong Revit experience is essential
• No strict post-qualification experience requirement. It’s about having the right experience to lead the project
• Open to ARB-registered and non-ARB candidates with the relevant experience
• Ideally available to start within 6 weeks2. Revit Architect - A great opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience across a varied project portfolio, with a focus on commercial work.
• Newly qualified up to around 3 years post-qualification experience
• Revit experience is essential
• Exposure to a range of RIBA stages, from early design through to later technical stages
• Open to non-ARB candidates, including experienced Part II assistants with several years of relevant experience
