The company focuses on delivering functional, aesthetically pleasing solutions that enhance how people live, work, and learn.Role Description The Project Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, responsible for overseeing end-to-end management of business-to-business furniture and storage projects. This role includes leading project planning, coordinating designs and technical specifications with internal teams, and managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards for key client accounts. The B2B Projects Lead will maintain strong relationships with corporate, governmental, and hospitality clients, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth execution from initial concept through installation and handover. Day-to-day tasks involve site visits, progress reporting, risk identification, and close collaboration with sales, design, production, and installation teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope. The role also includes identifying new project opportunities, contributing to bids and tenders, and continuously improving project processes to support business growth.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in B2B project management, preferably in furniture, interiors, construction, or related fit-out industries.Strong client relationship management skills, including negotiation, stakeholder communication, and handling complex corporate or government accounts.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, coordinate with design and production teams, and ensure quality standards on-site.Proficiency in project planning tools, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to managing multiple projects.Comfort working on-site, conducting regular site visits, and coordinating contractors, installation teams, and suppliers.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.Experience in the Saudi market and familiarity with local regulations, tender processes, and public and private sector project requirements is preferred.High level of professionalism.
