Ltd. is hiring an experienced Project Lead Developer - Full Stack to join our team in Mohali, Punjab. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern full-stack development, client communication, project delivery, and hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and AI-powered solutions.Required Skills6–8 years of experience in full-stack development.Strong expertise in Laravel, Node.js, NestJS, React.js, and Next.js.Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.Hands-on experience in building and consuming REST APIs and third-party integrations.Experience with AI automations using Text, Speech, and Call AI applications.Good knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control workflows.Experience with DevOps practices, including: Server Management (Developer Level), CI/CD Pipelines, Docker / Kubernetes, Project Builds and Scripting.Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Windsurf, Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.Strong understanding of software testing, debugging, code optimization, and performance tuning.Proven experience in client handling and end-to-end project delivery.
