ERP Center of Excellence (CoE) LeadWhat Will Your Day Look Like? You'll own the direction, health, and delivery of our Group ERP landscape, primarily SAP and Infor, across HR, Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, and Sales & Distribution.Your role is a deliberate blend of two functions: Center of Excellence leadership (solution architecture, design authority, and functional/technical standards) and Service Delivery leadership (AMS vendor oversight, service performance, and operational stability). You will lead a lean team of Solution Architects who own design integrity across the ERP process landscape, while the AMS partner delivers day-to-day application support and configuration under your governance. This is not a purely technical or purely operational role — business partnering and project delivery credibility are equally central, as you are the primary IT counterpart for business leaders across every major SAP-supported function. How Will You Make an Impact?

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Center of ExcellenceDefine SAP and Infor architecture and design standards, aligned with our Clean Core, minimal-customization principles.Lead and develop a team of Solution Architects, and make the final call on major configuration, customization, and integration decisions.Shape the SAP roadmap around S/4HANA, regulatory changes such as UAE/KSA e-invoicing, and Group priorities.Service Delivery & Vendor ManagementHold our AMS provider accountable to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards, and chair governance forums that drive continuous improvement.Prioritize demand and change requests and approve AMS-proposed changes before they reach production.Lead major incident escalations to root-cause closure and manage the commercial relationship with the AMS provider.Business PartneringBe the primary ERP counterpart to function leaders, turning business strategy into a prioritized ERP roadmap.Demonstrate the value of ERP initiatives (cycle time, compliance, cost, adoption) to business sponsors.Project DeliveryLead ERP projects from business case through hypercare, with change management and user adoption built in.Own release and environment governance so changes never disrupt critical cycles like period-end close, payroll, or order-to-cash.Governance, Risk & ComplianceOwn SoD controls and authorization design in SAP, routing every role or access change through GRC before production.Partner with GRC and Internal Audit on access reviews and audit readiness.Education and ExperienceYou bring:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; SAP certifications and relevant delivery certifications (PMP/Prince2, ITIL) preferred.15+ years of SAP experience with demonstrable breadth across multiple process areas (e.g., HR, Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics/Warehousing, Sales & Distribution) rather than deep expertise in a single module only.Proven experience leading a Center of Excellence, Solution Architecture, or equivalent design-authority function within a complex, multi-entity organization.Strong track record managing outsourced AMS or SI partners against SLAs/KPIs, including commercial and contractual vendor management experience.Demonstrated experience leading and developing a small team of senior technical/functional specialists (Solution Architects or equivalent).Experience delivering SAP programs in a multi-country / multi-entity environment, ideally across GCC and MENA markets.Solid understanding of SAP authorization concepts, SoD principles, and access governance, with experience partnering alongside GRC/Internal Audit functions.Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or similarly complex multi-BU organizations is highly advantageous, particularly exposure to Manufacturing, Logistics, and Warehousing processes.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated credibility operating at senior functional leadership level (Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Procurement and HR Senior Directors and VPs).Key CompetenciesDual-mode leadership — equally credible setting long-term architectural direction and managing day-to-day service delivery performance.Vendor and AMS governance — comfortable holding external partners to account without owning day-to-day execution.Cross-functional process fluency — genuinely conversant across HR, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain/Manufacturing process domains, not aligned to a single track.Team leadership — able to develop and direct a small team of senior specialists, delegating design ownership while maintaining cross-module coherence.Structured delivery discipline — strong grounding in project governance, change management, and release control.Strategic business partnering — able to move fluidly between business strategy conversations and architectural/technical decision-making.
