This role requires exceptional project management, organizational coordination, and strategic execution capabilities, as well as the ability to establish standardized, efficient, and sustainable project management systems within the fast-paced digital asset industry.The ideal candidate possesses 20 years of management experience, including extensive expertise in managing large-scale projects, leading teams, optimizing business processes, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. They must be capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while ensuring successful delivery against established goals, timelines, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities1. Project Strategy and ManagementFormulate the company’s overall project management strategy, standards, processes, and governance policies.Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of major, strategic, and cross-functional projects.Establish a project prioritization mechanism to align resource allocation with corporate strategic objectives.Manage all aspects of projects, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and deliverables.Implement a project portfolio management system to coordinate and supervise multiple projects centrally.2. Project Team ManagementLead and manage the project management team, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and operational workflows.Provide guidance, performance management, and professional development for project managers and related personnel.Establish efficient collaboration mechanisms to enhance team execution and productivity.Cultivate project management talent and continuously elevate the team's professional capabilities and management standards.Foster a project management culture characterized by standardization, transparency, and high execution capability.3. Cross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate across departments such as Product, Technology, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management.Ensure effective collaboration among departments toward shared project goals.Resolve resource conflicts, communication barriers, and critical issues arising during project execution.Regularly report project progress, risks, and key decision points to senior management.4. Cryptocurrency and Digital Asset Project ManagementDrive the advancement of projects related to digital asset platforms, trading operations, blockchain products, and associated business lines.Oversee projects involving trading platforms, wallets, custody services, payment systems, and blockchain infrastructure. Drive project execution for the introduction of new products, business lines, and markets.Manage complex projects involving blockchain technology, digital asset operations, and financial services.Ensure projects align with the company's business, technical, risk, and compliance requirements.5. Project Risk and Issue ManagementEstablish mechanisms for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and responding to project risks.Proactively identify critical risks affecting project delivery and formulate solutions.Manage the escalation of major project issues and coordinate across departments.Implement project early-warning systems to continuously monitor progress and key metrics.Formulate and drive corrective actions when significant project deviations occur.6. Project Process and System DevelopmentEstablish standardized project management processes and methodologies.Optimize workflows for project approval, planning, execution, monitoring, and acceptance.Drive the development of project management tools, data systems, and reporting frameworks.Establish project performance metrics and post-project review mechanisms.Continuously improve the company's overall project delivery efficiency and management capabilities.QualificationsOver 20 years of management experience, including extensive experience in team leadership and large-scale project management.Extensive experience in portfolio management, strategic project management, and cross-departmental project management.Proven ability to lead large project teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Familiarity with project lifecycle management, risk management, resource management, and project delivery frameworks.Strong strategic thinking, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to drive project implementation within fast-paced and highly complex business environments.Familiarity with project management models in digital assets, blockchain, fintech, trading platforms, or related technical fields.Ability to handle multiple high-priority projects concurrently while maintaining strong execution capabilities.Strong skills in data analysis, decision-making, and project risk assessment.Proven experience in cross-departmental collaboration and senior-level management.Proficiency in using professional project management tools and methodologies for planning, monitoring, and reporting.PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
