Job Summary:The Project Management Engineer supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across the semiconductor manufacturing organization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the incumbent coordinates project activities, monitors progress, maintains project documentation, and facilitates communication to ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines and business objectives. The role supports initiatives such as technology transfer, capacity expansion, equipment installation, factory digitalization, and continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing environment.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with project stakeholders and management.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and project documentation to support successful project execution.Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items, and provide regular progress reports and status updates.Monitor project risks, issues, and changes in scope, and support the implementation of mitigation and contingency plans.Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.Prepare project meeting materials, maintain project documentation, and ensure compliance with PMO standards.Participate in project reviews, document lessons learned, and recommend improvements to enhance future project execution.Support projects related to technology transfer, equipment installation, capacity expansion, digitalization, and process improvement within the wafer fabrication environment.Job RequirementBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.Experience working with cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or support functions; exposure to semiconductor fabrication, technology transfer, equipment installation, or process improvement projects is an advantage.Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities.Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and high-volume manufacturing operations is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project (or equivalent project management tools).Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Good planning, organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
