Project Management Intern

Malin Advisory is a RevOps and AI Readiness consultancy helping B2B companies fix the systems behind their revenue engine: CRM data, GTM operations, and AI-readiness diagnostics. We work directly with founders and revenue leaders, including active engagements like building and scaling outbound demand-generation systems for Enterprise clients.We're bringing on a Project Management Intern to help keep client engagements organized, on schedule, and clearly documented as we grow. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to real consulting work, not busywork. You'll sit close to how a lean, high-accountability consultancy actually runs.What you'll do:Track deliverables, timelines, and open action items across active client engagementsMaintain project trackers and status documentation (Notion/Asana/similar) so nothing falls through the cracksCoordinate scheduling and follow-ups between the founder, clients, and contractorsHelp structure recurring client status updates and internal progress reportsSupport the rollout of new internal initiatives, including Malin's AI Readiness Audit productFlag risks, bottlenecks, or scope creep early, before they become client-facing problemsWhat you'll bring:Currently pursuing a degree in business, management, communications, or a related fieldStrong organizational instincts: you default to writing things down and following up, not just rememberingClear, professional written and verbal communicationComfort working independently in a remote, async-first environmentGenuine interest in consulting, RevOps, GTM, or startup operationsNice to have (not required):Prior exposure to project management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello, ClickUp)Coursework or interest in B2B SaaS, sales operations, or management consultingFamiliarity with client-services or agency environmentsWhat you'll gain:Direct mentorship from founder working active B2B client engagementsReal project ownership: your work directly affects live client deliverables, not simulated exercisesExposure to the operating mechanics of a modern RevOps/AI consultancy from the ground upA portfolio-ready case study of the engagements you help run, plus a reference on completionLogistics: Remote, unpaid (for credit/experience), flexible hours and duration.
