Project Management Intern

About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Management Intern who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn about project coordination and management. This role will provide hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, tracking, and supporting projects while working closely with different teams and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities and timelines.Support Project Managers in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.Maintain project plans, trackers, documentation, and status reports.Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and project deadlines.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes when required.Monitor project progress and highlight potential delays or issues to the relevant team members.Assist with preparing weekly or monthly project progress reports.Support communication and coordination between internal teams and stakeholders.Organize and maintain project-related documents and records.Assist with identifying project risks, challenges, and areas for improvement.Perform administrative and coordination tasks related to ongoing projects.Take on other project-related responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications & RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Project Management, Business Management, Management, IT, or a related field.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Strong attention to detail.Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.Good problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, will be an added advantage.If interested, please share your resume via careers@talentstudio.io
