• 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, PMO, or digital transformation.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading project teams or managing project portfolios.
• Demonstrated experience delivering business and technology projects.
• Experience within financial services, capital markets, banking, fintech, or other regulated industries is preferred.Required Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in one of the following:
• Information Systems
• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• Business Administration
• Finance
• Project Management
• Related field Professional Certifications (Preferred) PMPPRINCE2Certified Scrum Master (CSM)CBAP (Business Analysis)Lean Six Sigma Job Responsibilities: Lead and deliver business, technology, and strategic projects from initiation to implementation.Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.Drive business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process improvement, and solution evaluation.Support digital transformation and technology initiatives across the organization.Prepare project updates, reports, and recommendations for management and governance committees.Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure quality project outcomes.Mentor and guide project team members while promoting project management best practices.Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
