The role involves overseeing project management functions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and leading a team of project managers. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. The PMO - Lead will also coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and manage project risks and issues proactively.

Key Responsibilities

πŸ“Š Project Governance & OversightDevelop and implement PMO standards, templates, and best practices.Ensure all projects follow a structured lifecycle from initiation to closure.Monitor project health, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.🧩 Portfolio & Program ManagementMaintain a centralized view of all active and upcoming projects.Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value and resource availability.Facilitate portfolio reviews and executive reporting.πŸ”„ Process Improvement & ComplianceIdentify gaps in project execution and recommend process enhancements.Ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements.Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions.🀝 Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with department heads, project managers, and delivery teams.Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status and risks.Serve as escalation point for project-related issues.πŸ“ˆ Tools & Technology EnablementImplement and manage project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).Train teams on usage and ensure adoption across departments.Automate reporting and dashboard creation for real-time visibility.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; PMP or PMI certification preferred.7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2–3 years in a PMO leadership role.Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and resource planning.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management tools and reporting platforms.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work onsite at Six/NEO, BGC and manage cross-functional teams.
