If you are looking to join a growing organisation that values hard work, loyalty and ambition, you will feel right at home at Doocey Group.The RoleTo support the successful delivery of strategic Energy /Utilities and major project business unit with relevant adherence to tender assumptions by producing programmes and establishing governance, monitoring project controls, managing reporting process, and ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements, the role provides assurance, consistency, visibility across multiple projects and workstreams whilst transforming and improving process and systems across the business unit whilst delivering on the anticipated sales forecasts and margins and the interactions that are required to support the business leader and the PMO team.ResponsibilitiesMaintain PMO Governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies.Support project and program governance.Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and DNO/IDNO standards where applicable.Conduct and chair regular health checks and assurance reviews on the overall business unit performance.Ensure all program plans and terms and conditions are agreed and in place to enable a 14-day project mobilisation and handover document to be shared across the team prior to commencement.Track Milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions.Monitor project performance against agreed baselines.Coordinate change control processes.Track project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenses.Develop weekly reports and monthly program reports.Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting.Provide management information to senior stakeholders.Highlight delivery risks and recommend corrective actions.Support cost control and financial reporting across the business unit in the required format.Implement all measurable KPI into a weekly dashboard.Responsible and manage all project completion documents to enable full recovery of applications.Assist with business case development and benefits tracking.Maintain program risk registers.Ensure all onboarding of resources adheres to the relevant governance process.Continuous improvement on Doocey Vision platformFacilitate risk review meetings and project deep dive support.Produce data reference all subcontractor and direct resources including management is tracked for performance.Review all weekly track sheet returns that are received on time, recorded, and reported.Implement a survey and design capability within the team either external or internal.Review the agreed spends including materials and plant are aligned in tender documents and we can track and measure against budgets.Track and measure against projects the EW and CE to protect margins.Ensure mitigation actions are assigned across the team and monitored for progress.Engage with project managers/supervision/suppliers/clients and stakeholders to protect the P&L and improve overall business process.Ensure we adhere and operate to the required Utilities standards.
