Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe PMO Manager will lead the Project Management Office in establishing strong project governance, ensuring consistent project delivery, and providing management with clear visibility across project portfolios. The role will oversee project planning, performance monitoring, risk and issue management, resource coordination, financial tracking, and stakeholder reporting.The PMO Manager will work closely with Project Managers, business units, technology teams, senior leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, within scope, and according to agreed quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPMO & Project GovernanceEstablish and maintain PMO standards, processes, templates, and governance frameworks.Oversee multiple B2B projects and ensure compliance with project management standards.Monitor project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.Provide management with consolidated project portfolio updates and recommendations.Project Performance & KPI ManagementDefine and monitor project and PMO KPIs.Track project progress, delivery performance, budget utilization, and resource requirements.Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.Identify project delays, risks, and performance gaps and drive corrective actions.B2B Stakeholder ManagementManage relationships with internal stakeholders, business leaders, project teams, and B2B clients.Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and business reviews.Align stakeholders on project objectives, scope, timelines, and expectations.Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of project concerns.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify and monitor project and portfolio-level risks.Maintain RAID logs and ensure appropriate mitigation and escalation.Manage cross-project dependencies and potential delivery conflicts.Ensure changes in scope, timelines, and requirements are properly assessed and governed.Financial & Resource ManagementMonitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.Coordinate resource planning and allocation across projects.Monitor vendor and third-party performance where applicable.Ensure projects remain within approved commercial and operational parameters.Team LeadershipLead and mentor PMO staff and/or Project Managers.Establish performance expectations and monitor team productivity.Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.8+ years of experience in project, program, or PMO management.At least 3 years of experience managing a PMO, project portfolio, or multiple concurrent projects.Experience working for a local Philippine company is strongly preferred, particularly in a B2B, technology, telecommunications, IT, engineering, or professional-services environment.Proven experience in B2B project delivery and stakeholder management.Strong experience in project governance, KPI monitoring, risk and issue management, budgeting, and resource planning.Experience working directly with senior management and business stakeholders.Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
