Project Management Officer - EMEA

We are hiring a PMO Project Manager & Business Analyst to support project planning, execution, reporting, and governance across complex cross-functional initiatives. The role will maintain accurate project data, support resource allocation and bandwidth tracking, and provide leadership with clear visibility into project timelines and critical decisions. You will guide project teams through end-to-end processes, support communication and decision-making, and use data to improve project execution. We specialize in connecting top-tier talent with industry leaders, driving innovation, and fostering high-performance cultures across the MENA region and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain project databases and ensure accurate, timely updates for weekly and bi-weekly PMO reporting.Support project managers with project planning, scoping, execution, and timeline management.Prepare leadership communications, decision papers, and project status updates.Guide project teams through end-to-end project management and governance processes.Track resource allocation, team bandwidth, and project capacity across multiple initiatives.Support annual project intake, review, prioritization, and consolidation activities.Build and maintain project reporting views and dashboards using relevant data and reporting tools.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, resolve challenges, and support effective project delivery.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field.4+ years of experience in project management, project control, PMO, business analysis, or related roles.Demonstrated experience managing or supporting large, cross-functional projects and initiatives.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple organizational levels.Experience using data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in an agile and ambiguous environment.Experience with Tableau and SQL is preferred.
