The trainer will design and deliver virtual PMP training sessions, including live classes, workshops, and exam preparation courses for diverse participants. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and updating training materials, creating assessments, and aligning content with current PMP standards and best practices. The trainer will respond to learner questions, provide feedback and mentoring, and support participants in exam readiness and practical application of project management concepts. The role may involve collaborating with MindCypress program coordinators to schedule batches, customize corporate training, and ensure high learner satisfaction.QualificationsStrong project management expertise, ideally with PMP certification or equivalent professional credential.Demonstrated experience in training, teaching, or facilitating professional development programs in project management.Solid curriculum design and instructional skills, including the ability to create engaging presentations, exercises, and case studies.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach learners at different experience levels.Comfort with remote delivery tools and learning platforms, including video conferencing, LMS, and collaboration software.Ability to work independently on a contract basis, manage schedules across time zones, and meet agreed training commitments.Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees are a plus.Experience working with global audiences or corporate clients is beneficial.
