Project Management Specialist

Job ObjectiveOversee the planning and execution of vehicle auction projects to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of business targets. Key Responsibilities• Manage vehicle auction projects from listing to final delivery• Oversee vehicle inspection, evaluation, and pricing• Coordinate with sellers, buyers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure proper handling, transportation, and storage of vehicles• Ensure accurate documentation of vehicle details• Monitor auction progress and ensure successful deal closures• Handle post-auction processes, including ownership transfer and delivery• Prepare regular reports on project and auction performance• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and operational support• Ensure timely and efficient completion of all project phases Qualifications & Skills• Strong knowledge of the Saudi automotive market• Experience in auctions, sales, or related fields is preferred• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Ability to multitask and work under pressure• High attention to detail• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
