Project Management Consultancy (PMC)Location: Pune, IndiaSector: Renewable EnergyTravel: ExtensiveRoleWe are seeking an experienced PMC professional to lead multiple renewable energy projects across India, including Solar, Wind, BESS and PSP, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, cost, quality and contractual requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Project Management Consultancy (PMC) activities from planning, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning to project closure.Manage clients, developers, EPC contractors, vendors and statutory authorities.Drive project progress, quality, HSE, risk management and contractual compliance.Lead and develop onsite/offsite PMC teams across multiple project locations.Monitor schedules, engineering deliverables, MIS, invoicing, payment realization and project profitability.Manage vendors, site administration and project operations.Support operational sales and new business development.Candidate ProfileGraduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Around 15 years of experience in the Renewable Energy sector.Strong experience in Solar and/or Wind projects, preferably in PMC/EPC environments.Proven experience managing multiple projects and geographically dispersed teams.Strong leadership, client management, commercial and project execution skills.Willingness to travel extensively across project sites in India.Ideal Candidate:A proven Renewable Energy Project Leader with strong technical, commercial, client-management and project execution capabilities.
