The organization values responsible innovation, technical excellence, and long-term client impact.Role Description The Project Management Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this position, the trainee supports project managers in coordinating AI and technology implementation projects, including preparing project documentation, tracking timelines, and monitoring deliverables. Daily responsibilities include gathering and organizing project requirements, assisting with meeting schedules and minutes, updating project status reports, and helping manage communication between internal teams and stakeholders. The trainee also contributes to risks and issue tracking, supports basic project planning activities, and participates in reviews to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope. This role offers structured mentoring and training in project management methodologies and tools to build foundational skills in an AI-focused environment.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify project risks or process improvements.Effective Communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly in written and verbal formats and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Foundational Project Management and Program Management capabilities, including exposure to project coordination and stakeholder support.Basic Project Planning skills, such as organizing tasks, helping build timelines, and maintaining project schedules.Interest in AI, cloud technologies, and digital transformation; willingness to learn project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with strong time management, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
