Responsibilities

Lead technology programs and initiatives from concept through full organizational implementationManage work plans, priorities, dependencies, risks, and blockersBuild tracking mechanisms, management reports, and KPI metricsPresent project and program status updates to senior managementCoordinate and drive multiple interfaces across a global, dynamic, and cross-organizational environmentPromote and implement AI solutions across the organizationIdentify new opportunities for applying AI technologies

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in Technology Project Management, PMO, or Program ManagementExperience working in a global and cross-organizational environmentExcellent English skills, including writing, presenting, and working with global stakeholdersProven experience working with senior executives, including Directors, VPs, and C-Level executivesExperience preparing executive presentations, status reports, and reporting materials for senior managementBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or a relevant fieldAbility to work independently and lead processes in an environment with multiple stakeholders and interfaces
