Medical, Life Insurance, Retirement, PTOAbout the CompanyWe are a well-established technology integration company specializing in Audio/Video (A/V), home automation, low-voltage systems, networking, surveillance, and smart-home technology.About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager to manage multiple A/V, low-voltage, and home automation projects from start to finish.You will work with technicians, subcontractors, designers, and clients to make sure projects are completed on time, correctly, and according to specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple projects from planning through completion.Create and maintain project schedules.Coordinate technicians and subcontractors.Track materials, labor, timelines, and project progress.Provide technical support to installation teams.Read and understand blueprints, wiring diagrams, and floor plans.Support installation and troubleshooting of:Audio/Video systemsHome automationHome theater systemsNetworking and data systemsSurveillance/camera systemsControl systemsPerform jobsite inspections for quality and safety.Help technicians with configuration and troubleshooting.Train and mentor technicians.Communicate with clients, designers, and project stakeholders.Maintain accurate project documentation.Use D-Tools or similar project management software.RequirementsStrong leadership and communication skills.Good organizational and project management skills.Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Must be able to work on-site in Charleston, SC every day.PreferredKnowledge of D-Tools or similar software.Knowledge of Lutron, Savant, Control4, Alarm.com, or similar systems.Knowledge of home automation and smart-home technology.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is:Organized and dependableTechnically knowledgeableA strong team leaderGood at client communicationProactive and detail-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment
