PROJECT MANAGER ( ADVERTISING & DIGITAL MARKETING )DNA Media Production Services LLC is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi.We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven professional with proven experience in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Campaign Management, Content Production, and Creative Projects, preferably with previous experience working within or closely with a government entity.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning through execution and final delivery, while leading and coordinating a dedicated creative team and ensuring that timelines, quality standards, budgets, and client requirements are consistently met.Key Responsibilities* Manage advertising, digital marketing, social media, content, and creative projects from planning to completion.* Develop project plans, timelines, schedules, task assignments, and deliverables.* Lead and coordinate the project’s creative team, including:Graphic DesignerPhotographer & Video EditorCopy Writer* Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.* Coordinate with clients, government entities, suppliers, and internal departments.* Manage client communication, approvals, deliverables, and project requirements.* Follow up on content calendars, social media campaigns, media plans, creative assets, photography, video production, and approvals.* Ensure consistency of all creative and digital deliverables with approved brand guidelines and client requirements.* Monitor project progress, budgets, deadlines, and overall quality.* Identify potential risks and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.* Conduct regular team follow-ups and project status meetings.* Prepare weekly project progress reports and monthly reports.* Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and according to agreed requirements.Requirements* Proven experience as a Project Manager within Advertising, Digital Marketing, Media, Marketing, Production, or Creative Industries.* Previous experience working within a government entity or managing projects for government clients is highly preferred.* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, advertising campaigns, content creation, photography, and video production.* Experience managing and coordinating creative teams and multiple projects simultaneously.* Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills.* Excellent client and stakeholder management skills, particularly within a government environment.* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.* Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.* UAE experience is an advantage.* Arab nationality.
