Project Manager - AI & Enterprise TechnologyDubai, UAE | Onsite *** Arabic Speakers (bilingual with professional English language skills)We are partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company to appoint an experienced Project Manager who will lead the implementation of complex AI and enterprise technology solutions for major organisations across the GCC.This is a highly client-facing position at the intersection of technology, business and delivery. You will take ownership of projects from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, integration, launch and handover.What you’ll be doing:Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and enterprise technology solutionsManage requirements, scope, implementation, testing, deployment and handoverTranslate business requirements into structured delivery plans, milestones and technical workstreamsCoordinate developers, AI/ML engineers, product teams, solution architects and client stakeholdersManage integrations with CRM, ERP, data platforms, APIs and other enterprise systemsOwn project timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communicationLead client meetings and provide clear updates on progress, blockers and next stepsSupport UAT, deployment, onboarding and user adoptionEnsure alignment between the proposed solution, client expectations and technical deliveryWhat we’re looking for:Previous experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Implementation Manager, Delivery Manager or Technology ConsultantExperience delivering enterprise software, SaaS, AI, automation, CRM, ERP, data or similarly complex technology solutionsStrong preference for candidates with vendor-side experience delivering solutions to enterprise or government clientsConfidence working directly with senior client stakeholdersStrong understanding of project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks and resourcesAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience coordinating cross-functional technical teamsComfortable operating in fast-moving environments where requirements may initially be ambiguousFluent Arabic and English communication skills are essentialCandidates must currently be based in the UAEThis opportunity would suit someone from an AI or software company, enterprise technology vendor, systems integrator or technology consultancy.If you have led complex technology implementations and can confidently manage both the client relationship and the technical delivery process, please apply or contact me directly.
