Responsibilities

Drive digital projects across multiple business units and functional teams to deliver on project and business goalsUnderstand business strategies, validate requirements and propose solutions which are technically, operationally and commercially soundEstablish project charter and KPIs for high performance and governanceDevelop and maintain detailed and intuitive project plans, timelines, budgets and other documentations to drive progress and communicationIdentify potential risks, flag deviations and implement timely mitigations to safeguard quality and adherenceManage stakeholder communication plans and facilitate internal meetings and workshopsReview and establish SOPs and knowledge management systemStay on top of digital business trends and advise management through periodic presentations

Requirements

University or above in Computing/ IT, eCommerce, Business or related disciplines At least 8 years of experience in digital/ eCommerce projects, with a mix of consultancy/ agency plus in-house exposures (preferably retail or F&B)Experience in programming, mobile applications, CMS, CRM, marketing automation, content personalization, loyalty engines and AI/ML is highly advantageousExposure to AI project delivery, including use case discovery, feasibility assessment, requirement definition and cross-functional coordination with technical and business teams, would be a bonusBasic understanding of AI governance, data privacy, model evaluation and responsible AI practices is advantageous for managing AI-enabled digital initiativesExcellent project management skills and effective use of toolsStrong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with good command of spoken and written English and ChineseStrong analytical and problem-solving capacity, both strategic and detail orientedSelf-motivated and disciplined team player, capable of working effectively with multiple priorities, minimal supervision and incomplete information under pressure and deadlinesInterested parties please send your resume with current and expected remuneration package via "Apply".All applications and data collected will be treated in strict confidence and used exclusively for recruitment purposes.
