Project Manager - AI Governance & Digital Transformation

You will be part of a delivery environment where strong project leadership, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined execution are essential to success.As Project Manager - AI Governance & Digital Transformation, you will play a central role in driving a complex implementation from planning through delivery. You will work across technical and business stakeholders to help align delivery with organizational goals, governance expectations, and operational priorities while supporting a major enterprise transformation initiative.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the end-to-end delivery of an Enterprise AI Governance Platform implementationDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and delivery roadmapsEnsure delivery meets agreed scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, business objectives, and contractual requirementsMonitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation and corrective action plansManage project dependencies, change requests, issues, and escalationsCoordinate multidisciplinary teams and communicate with stakeholdersOversee platform planning, deployment, configuration, integration, and testingCoordinate AI current-state assessments, gap analyses, governance framework development, governance workflows, risk management processes, and compliance monitoringEnsure alignment with applicable Saudi regulatory frameworks, including SDAIA requirementsRequirementsRequired QualificationsSaudi national with eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia and the ability to work on-siteBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field4+ years of experience in IT project management, including delivery of digital transformation initiatives and enterprise IT platform implementationsHands-on experience with project planning and tracking tools such as MS Project, Jira, or PrimaveraStrong background in enterprise risk and compliance processes, including governance workflows covering approvals, assessments, reporting, and controlsExperience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies, with solid resource and dependency management capabilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with AI governance or AI implementation projects, along with working knowledge of AI governance conceptsExperience delivering projects for Saudi government or semi-government organizationsBackground delivering projects in regulated enterprise environments such as banking, finance, or governmentMaster's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or Digital TransformationExperience with AI governance platforms such as IBM watsonx.governance or similarExperience with IT service management platforms such as ServiceNowFamiliarity with relevant SDAIA requirementsPMP or PRINCE2 certificationBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & Development
